Jude’s journey began in 1996 when she attended a life changing self empowerment course. This led her to a series of life changing opportunities. With a significant part of her life still ahead of her, Jude embarked on a journey of self discovery which took her to the United States, to participate in two ‘vision quests’ in California. This was followed by a month long training programme in Death Valley and the Inyo Mountains, based upon the North American Indian Medicine Wheel and Rites of Passage philosophy.
Being one of only a few people to have experienced this ancient insight equipped Jude perfectly with the tools to return to her life and not only transform her own future, but provide the resources to transform the lives of young people everywhere through her book, Teens You Have The Power!
